Think about the big picture of how tobacco became a daily habit and run through some short, practical exercises that will help you to identify the single most important step in the journey; a simple, personal and deep reason why you will be better off not smoking. This reason will be your pillar of strength to lean on when the going gets tough.
The course is split into three parts and should take no longer than an hour in total to complete. You might want to do this all in one go, or in bite-size parts when you can. It would be great if you have a pad and pen for making notes through the tasks as you may find it useful to look back at in the future.
